They were awesome!! So helpful and so many options! We went to two other stores before this one, not finding everything we were looking for. We found everything here at the best prices that I have seen anywhere. Will definitely go to again if I ever need more tiles.
The entire crew at The Stone Factory were great to work with. They expertly installed our quartz kitchen countertop and I am so happy with the final product. I got a slightly cheaper quote from The Stone Factory, but the knowledge and expertise from them was no comparison. He met all my expectations and fulfilled all my desires with ease. Definitely a 5 star company and worth the extra money!
I recommend The Stone Factory. I am very happy with my new counter top made of quarzite. Overall positive experience. Shout out to he was so helpful and really everyone in Sales/Customer Service has been a pleasure to deal with. Their installers are very professional and courteous. and work very hard to please.
They were great. He was very organized and very proactive. He found the perfect most beautiful tile that was within budget to update our half bath. The instillation was flawless and looks fantastic. He was also very communicative. I reccomend them to anyone with tiling needs.
Got my granite top for my kitchen in one of my rental properties from them - they delivered and installed in a timely manner. Also were able to get me an old slab for my bathroom vanity. Great job.nnMight have to visit them soon for another property that I have my eye on.
