Got in and out with what I needed in ten minutes! They rock!
Some staff r great other stink and need to learn better customer service
I have been to HD stores around the northeast but I love going to my local store. There is very little turnover in staff, as far as I can see over the last 5 years. The place is clean and neat no matter how crowded it gets. Employees keep the checkout line moving quickly, and that is especially important now that we have to social distance. People and cheerful and even jovial , although still professional.
Years ago home depot employees were very helpful. The only helpful staff was the paint dept female staff with the short nice haircut with glasses and the female at the first register with braids. If Lowe's was convenient; that would be my choice. There's not many staffs to assist
This Home Depot leaves me with mixed feelings. The good, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. They do a great job of getting customers through checkout. The bad is I often can’t get what I need. I’m not talking about unusual items, Im referring to common project supplies. Last trip I needed 1/2” threaded electrical nipples, nothing on the shelf, nothing mixed in with other sizes. Of course every other size is available. I have also found I can’t trust the online inventory. Fortunately Ed’s Hardware near my home usually saves the day.
