Michelle is amazing. My brother recommended her so I figured i'd give it a shot and boy am I happy I did! Michelle makes you feel like family. I felt like I've known her forever even though I had just met her. She explains everything about each tool she is using which made me feel more comfortable. My face never felt so clean when I left. I can't say enough good things about Secret Beauty! Thank you Michelle!
Being a guy and trying to solve your acne problems shouldn't be difficult and you should feel good while doing it. I bounced around from dermatologist to dermatologist and never found someone that actually wanted my skin to look better. Everywhere I went they would just try to upsell me on procedures and didn't actually help my face. Fast forward to meeting Michelle and my skin has never felt better. I honestly thought I would be stuck with this horrible acne my whole life. I walk in there and can tell she is in this profession because she genuinely wants to help people. She doesn't judge and is very educated on everything she provides there for services. Don't let the name secret beauty deter you from going if you're a male because these services are perfect for either gender to enjoy. I would recommend anything Michelle suggests because she really knows what she is doing and runs an amazing business.

Michelle is so calm and welcoming, she makes you feel so comfortable the moment you enter the building. She thoughtfully explains everything about the procedures, also what to do post procedure. Already booked my second appointment.
Unfortunately, I was unable to ever get ahold of anyone to schedule my appointment. I left 4 detailed messages over the course of 2 weeks and also emailed. No one ever responded. A place like that probably will not be a good experience. I will take my business elsewhere.nnUPDATE: I received a call the day after posting the original review. I took my business elsewhere but I do appreciate that I was given a call. Adding one star.
