We have been receiving overnight deliveries from Kutztown, PA for over 11 years now like clockwork. Recently the company we receive our orders from have switched to a broker it seems who sub the loads out to Mark Iv transportation. Since then we seldom get an overnight delivery it usually arrives on Wednesday and has even taken until Friday even though the paperwork stated deliver Tuesday. Our last delivery we were shorted a stove that was on the order. I signed for it short and the driver stated it was on the dock and he would be back the next day with it. I still have not seen the stove nor have I heard from the company. I have contacted the pickup company and am waiting for a response. We schedule our work based on delivery times we are told we will receive our orders. Communications and customer service must improve or we will have to contact our supplier about these issues.
