Sales staff was formerly and outgoing. They had the sofa we wanted and it was in stock so it was super easy to take it home that day. Got a coupon online which saved us $120 off the price. Offered us an extended warranty and explained the policies in full. Overalls. Positive buying experience. Got home and the sofa was ripped a little in the corner but we didn’t complain side we got a lot off the price with the coupon.

Just returned from Big lots. In the mist of empty shelves and silent customers, a kind, attentive store employee stopped what she was doing and provided assistance to me and my husband. It's rare by normal standards but today it's exemplary. Thank you Big Lots!
Love this store !! Has just about anything you need at very good prices !!
No real direction , couldn't find customer service to pick up an item , had no idea where to go. Went to a cashier to get informed. She states that I can pick up my item from there. But yet it wasn't even ready to be picked up. A bit disappointed.
