My girlfriend and I were shopping around for a mattress on Black Friday for our new apartment and went into the Wallingford mattress firm where we met Tom. Tom told us like it was and was able to keep us in our budget range, he wasn't a sales man type of guy like others we encountered. He was able to give us a great process with top notch service and I can’t recommend him or the store enough. Oh, he was also a whalers fan :)
Harry was very good, very patient, and was able to help us get what we wanted. Didn’t feel pressured to buy anything even though we did purchase mattress he wasn’t trying to push us to buy. He was great listening to our needs. Thank you Harry and Mattress Firm
I throughly enjoyed my visit to Mattress Firm in Wallingford, Paul was so helpful to me as a first time buyer. He had us test out different mattress firmness levels to fit our preference, then proceeded to show us items in the show room that we would enjoy most. We ended up finding the perfect mattress for us! I appreciate all of his help and will reccomend this location to others.
One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a mattress! I can't say enough good things about our sales man Harry. He was very professional, honest, and informative. Harry asked all the right questions to understand what matress would be best. He was knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured in my selection at all. He went above and beyond to able to help me find the right mattress and at and amazing cost!
Very pleasant experience (in store, would not recommend purchasing online). Ron was great at helping us find the perfect mattress match. Would recommend going to Wallingford, Mattress Firm to make your purchase!
