All I can say is this company is definitely Top-Notch!!!!! Roberta is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. She is always very professional, helpful and good natured. My storage unit is climate controlled and super clean which I really appreciate. It actually is far beyond what I was expecting in a storage facility. Michael is another employee there and he was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions. He was courteous and very helpful which I found quite welcoming. My needs were BEYOND addressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
Well organized, easy payment procedures.nEasy in and out.nDon’t like the fact that an increase was implemented on the rent.nNo lights inside units.nSome employees denied me access to the bathroom.
We were stuck trying to find a spot for a car, at the last minute, due to COVID. The manager in CT went out of her way to ensure we had a spot, working through the McKinney office (near where I'm located) to get the space reserved and paid for. Really appreciate the effort she put in working w/ my daughter in CT. Was a great help during a stressful time.
The storage facility looked very clean and secure. The monthly rate was affordable and reasonable. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The cleanliness overall was emaculate. The service was awesome as well
