The process was quick, pricing reasonable for the size of the unit, and no long term contracts which are good. The facility is clean no odd smells and I love the fact that it is indoors. Can’t remember the front desk reps name but she was awesome and explained all fees before I signed off on anything.
The customer service was A1. I told them what I needed and they got it for me and in a timely manner. Prices are great too! I definitely recommend them to anyone.
I reserved a unit online and was able to check-in and get the keys in under 20 minutes. I especially liked that all units are carpeted along with being climate controlled and I can unload my vehicle inside of the facility free of any weather elements!
Amazing customer service! Greg and Dale were always friendly and professional. They made sure I got what I needed and helped to make moving all my belongings into storage a breeze. The facility itself is very clean, brightly lit, air conditioned and has humidity control (many storage facilities do not control for humidity). I was able to reserve the FREE moving truck and get one month of storage for free, which helped me to save a ton of money. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs!
Excellent Staff, very helpful . Highly recommend this facility. It's climate controlled, and extremely safe. If you DON'T have a Unit within the building.. YOU'RE NOT GETTING IN!nPlain truth is.. this Storage Facility is like a Level 5 SuperMax prison! U need a code to ENTER the building..then, if your unit is located on one of the upper floors, you are going to be REQUIRED to ENTER YOUR PASSCODE in order to gain access to the upper floors, as the elevator WILL NOT OPERATE WITHOUT a passcode/word!
