I read other reviews and was nervous about picking up my shipment from Ikea. The were friendly, professional, and Covid safe. My package was there, and delivered wonderfully. I had great experience. Name on door was Ikea Select logistics.
The driver was very nice and my entire order arrived in one piece. I came here earlier and all the reviews were negative so I wanted others to know that it is possible to have a good experience with this company.
I should not have been surprised based on the reviews. What an awful experience. Awful company. Bought patio furniture from Home Depot and paid a delivery fee. This company claims they delivered it a week ago which is patently false. After so much time on the phone, Home Depot rep promised that a rep from this company would call me back.nThat was 2 days ago. I call and can't get through to them. Terrible.

these boys at the warehouse were very helpful, and dangerously flirtatious! I missed my appointment and had to come down to the warehouse and I've never had so much fun!
