Interactions with a certain staff member were far from what I would call good customer service. And good luck finding a manager because it seems like a shady operation ran out of a run down house with trash and junk scattered about. If you can steer far away from this place. And the people that don't have a choice- expect nothing less than sub par customer service. One person was great but the other was belittling and severely unprofessional on the phone. Good luck to all who must go there.
