I recently worked with and bought a mattress from Carolyn at the Guilford CT location, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a mattress. Carolyn asked the essential questions which actually resulted in us changing from a plush to a firm type of mattress due to specific sleeping patterns. Excellent customer service!
Buying a bed was a breeze. We just moved here from out of state and my mom was sleeping on an air mattress. We stopped by the store and Kim was so helpful. We picked out a perfect mattress for her and had it delivered the following week.

Had an excellent experience at the Mattress Firm in Guilford. The store was very clean and asked shoppers to wear masks (which I was thankful for). John was my sales associate. He was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door while maintaining social distance protocols. He was helpful but not pushy which I was happy about. John was very knowledgeable and made my decision of picking a mattress that day very easy. Excited for my new mattress to arrive! Would highly recommend this Mattress Firm location.
