Panera is one of my favorite places for its natural organic chicken, wether in my Thai chicken salad or my Napa valley chicken salad..nI was somewhat disappointed in this particular location and it’s quality control....specifically with the quality of lettuce that was selected for the salad, down to the minimum amount of chicken salad on my sandwich. I don’t blame the company, just the individual that may not have been trained correctly on how you’re known for your quality....FYI

I love Panera which is why I keep coming back, but we have been in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Terrible. This happens all the time at different hours. They need more staff, better trained staff, more personal/customer service centric staff. Panera Corporate needs to intervene here because this place WILL go out of business. Terrible.

My mother placed an order via the website around around 5 PM. We were told the order would be ready by 6:15, when I arrived. My mother then tapped the I’m here button and called into the store and was told that the order initially had not gone through, but the employee said that he would put it in and get it started. I waited outside for about a half hour until 645 when I decided to call and see what the deal was. I had to call in three times before my call finally went through. When I finally got the manager Erin on the phone, I was told that the order did not exist and that they didn’t have it. I had a bit of a stern tone but did not raise my voice, and heard her tell another employee that ‘I’ve got some guy yelling at me on the phone’- I then was hung up on. So donning my mask I went inside. I proceeded to ask Erin about the order. She then claimed that it was never in their system to begin with, And that my mother either did not submit the order or submitted and called to the wrong store- when I suggested that this was merely a system error she immediately quipped that it wasn’t at their end- as though there was no possible way this could have been their fault. When I pointed out how ridiculous this was, I was greeted with hostility and frustration from Erin, and was told that my sarcasm wasn’t needed and that I should leave the store. Usually when restaurants mess up your orders they will admit their mistake and try to make it right. Erin, however, proceeded to shift all the blame on to us as though my mother is too dense to have been sure that she was contacting the right store. Never mind that she had used google maps to pull up the number for the guilford store, and had spoken to another employee that said the order was being handled over a half hour before I went in. Someone seems to have dropped the ball on putting the order in. I do not care how busy your dinner rush was, There is no excuse for losing it at a customer and blaming them for your own incompetent management. If you can’t handle the stress of a busy kitchen, you shouldn’t be managing a restaurant.

Absolutely delicious food never been disappointed with anything i ordered the green tea is so delicious.
