I love everything about the Serene Spot. All of the massage therapists are fantastic. Superbly trained to address any issue you may have with massages customized specifically for each client. I know that I'll be in great hands regardless of who is free the day I decide to go. The space is clean and neat, everyone is so warm and friendly, and it feels good to support a neighborhood business. I recently tried the Normatec Recovery System that is now offered at The Serene Spot and it was fantastic! Great for sore muscles - either with a massage or alone. As a local healthcare provider, it's very important for me to have trusted colleagues to whom I can refer my patients and Anaika and her team are on the top of my list.

There is no cookie cutter sweedish or deep tissue here. Each therapist listens to you and your needs. And if you're not comfortable being touched they are proficient at Normatec compression therapy. Hands off. It's a great experience worthy of the trip!
