Absolutely one of a kind!! We run a hospitality company in New Haven and consistently have the best experience here because of the service we receive from Teresa, the manager, and all of the staff.nnFacility is always clean and so organized. We use storage units all across the country and I have never seen a facility run as professionally as this one, and with such superior service. Would recommend to everyone and especially to any business owner/company.

I so love josh ur employee he’s very professional very polite he has so much respect when I walk in the building I see how clean the area is very fresh scented very well mannered such a wonderful employee with great customer service skills

Theresa and her entire staff helped us soooooo much and I cannot recommend them enough. They are not only reliable and responsible but also went above and beyond to meet our needs. For our business, we use storage units across the country, so I can honestly say from experience- Theresa runs the best, smoothest, most convenient storage operation in the US and probably the world!!!

StorQuest New Haven is a wonderful storage facility with a range of unit sizes and very affordable prices. The staff are friendly, professional, and supportive. Upon expressing interest in getting a storage unit, I was given a tour of the facility and shown multiple units. You have the option to reserve a unit without having to put a down payment or deposit down. They have multiple dollies and doors/entry points that allow for easy move-in/-out. If you have questions or concerns, staff can be reached in a timely manner. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I can't recommend them enough!
