I bought a 1929 colonial with the worst kitchen I've ever lived in. No counter space, cabinets or drawers to speak of. Obviously, an island was the partial answer. I looked all over on line but went into Deke's one day and voila! Practical and beautiful well-made furniture at very good prices. I bought a great island which is now the salvation of my kitchen, so many drawers & cabinet space packed into this very functional piece. There's even a pull out trash bin. Love it, wish there was a Deke's on every corner.

A little too religious for my taste but the selection of furniture is great...prices are very reasonable and the furniture is very well made. I will definitely buy from them again.

Got a high quality wood table and stools. Months after purchase some of the screws on a stool were loose. I dropped it off and they gladly fixed it at no charge. Great place, nice people and great customer service.

Sad that this place is going out of business because people prefer fake wood from Ikea instead of solid wood that will last for generations.
