They made you wait outside in line for no reason.
Everything you need for the home and they serve food. Furniture, accessories, lighting, bedding, frames, and plants.
Only thing new is a line to get in !nBut..it moves quick
I have only ever had positive experiences with the IKEA as a company but specifically with the staff of this location. Their commitment to safety and efficiency (in that order), their service, their courtesy, and their patience is part of the reason that I continue to drive more than an hour to the location to shop for furniture (along with the quality of the product). In the small amount of time that I spent with them recently, I saw them handle several potentially difficult situations with grace and with kindness. I hope that they are appreciated and well-taken-care-of in return for their excellent service.
Went to the store around 11:30 AM, line outside was none existent due to the weather which was good. A lot of items were out of stock but the employees there were very helpful on telling me when items will be back in stock. Tried out their new self check out today, a little bit of a wait since there were only 2 machines open. A lovely young man with high lights in his hair helped through the process, then we realized i was missing a box so he told me where to look and did me a favor by holding on to my items so I wouldn’t have to take them back with me. I really enjoyed my visit, and even though it’s a far drive, I will be back!
