Paula and her team went above and beyond to help me find the PERFECT piece for my kitchen. I was looking for a pantry cabinet to update my 1977 kitchen. She helped me not only stay right on budget, but even helped my mother and I put the pantry on our car! Her shop has incredible things and I could have spent all day there. Paula was a lovely person and has a great eye for what’s up and coming in the design world.
I’ve had a VERY DIFFERENT experience at P Smith Collections. I’ve purchased a number of pieces of consigned furniture from Paula on at least 3 different occasions. I have always found her to be pleasant, personable and very helpful. She took the time to talk with me about my decorative style, my space and what pieces might look best in that space. She reviewed her terms with me and made sure I understood what was expected on each end of the transaction. I found her to have much integrity as a salesperson and a wealth of knowledge and expertise in furniture, design and decor. I will certainly be going back. GREAT PLACE!!
BEWARE!!! NO INTEGRITY!!!!! ONLY AN ABUNDANCE OF GREED!!!! Paula collected payment from me only to sell the item to a higher offer days later!! We had a correspondence over a week where I agreed to purchase a table. She sent through an invoice, I executed the agreement and submitted payment. A few days later she informed me that she’d received a better offer and would no longer honor the agreement. I had already purchased other complimentary furniture. Joke of a business and joke of a person. She even blocked me rather than actually behaving like a professional. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
