I worked with Jenni to pick out tiles for a bathroom remodel. She was so helpful and offered her ideas and expertise. Our bathroom isn't finished yet but I can't wait to show her pictures of what we came up with. It was a great experience and I was so happy with the decisions we made during the appointment. Jenni was also available by email for any questions I had before delivery and after. She took care of any problems we had scheduling shipping and was prompt and apologetic, even when it wasn't her problem to fix. We will definitely go back for the next remodel and will recommend to anyone.

I'm writing this review because of my WONDERFUL experience with Luann Chambers in remodeling my kitchen. She was highly recommended from 2 very close friends of mine that had their kitchens remodeled with her help and advice. Well she is FABULOUS!!! So easy to work with, very personable, patience and always answers her phone. She gets a 10+ from me.

The New Haven showroom is really beautiful!! I was able to easily find what I wanted, a shower door. The salesperson was very helpful with suggestions and ordering. Finally we set up delivery and we waited for it to arrive. It didn't show up, so we called to local showroom and they said they didn't realize they had a delivery. It was here shortly thereafter. Bender is a wonderful option to buy local for your kitchen or bath.
