The only Dunkin’ Donuts in Connecticut that always gets my order right every single morning. They are not the friendliest people in the world but they give you a receipt without asking which is a rare thing these days and I always get the coffee the way I want. Couldn’t ask for anything more
Customer service could be better. Most times my order doesn't come out correctly. When you ask them to correct it, they become rude.
The service was very good very fast I was in and out I like that specially for Dunkin Donuts I want in my coffee
Every day I stop for my coffee and it turns out that there is an American who speaks Spanish the first times very kindly and as time goes by she is rude to customers and she thinks she is fine afterwards she laughs but she does not know the way What is expressed with you ... moral do not try to speak Spanish if you do not know the meaning of the words and do not try to be kind if you can not it is better to be as you are and not apparent what you can never be?
We had to wait for about 4 minutes 5 minutes to get our coffee and it was given to us for free
