One of the best Dunkins in East Haven! This is one of two I will even go to in East Haven. Always fresh coffee and pleasant staff. Even tonight at 7pm after dropping the teens at the isle, I feel like the male employee at drive through went above and beyond for me.
Very fast and accurate never make me late for work and always happy
It's 8:30pm and they close at 10:00pm. I asked for a frozen chocolate with extra mocca.. I didn't get half of the word chocolate out before I was interrupted and told they've already took the machine apart.
This place is awful. They made my order wrong and the cashier was incredibly rude when I informed her. Then the manager came over and was incredibly rude as well. There’s multiple Dunkins on this same road and I will never be back to this one. Where did Angel go? The place was good when he worked here. He never let customers leave unhappy, I can’t believe the disrespect I was shown as a paying customer especially in the middle of a pandemic. They didn’t even give me a receipt so I could report her by name to corporate. Bring angel back this place went downhill fast. I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life.
