When the supervisor took my order she was aggressive saying good morning an I told her my order an waited . I asked for a toasted bagel an it came out warm an not hot an it was hard. So I came back around to have them make me another bagel that's hot an done an the supervisor gave me a bad talk back . But I will never go back.

How hard is it to make a large iced black tea with 4 liquid sugars? Pretty hard apparently because they mess it up all the time here. On two occasions they didn't even give me tea, they game me coffee. The sheer level of incompetence of the people who work here is astounding. I'll make sure I never come to this Dunkin again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I'm seriously done with this place...I have had probably a thousand times been to a Dunkin donuts.....yet Every time I visit this one it ruins my morning! How many times do you have to go through asking how hard is it to make a cup of coffee and always having a bad experience ....okay rant over...to cumbys I go ud83dudd95ud83cudffbud83dudd95ud83cudffbud83dudd95ud83cudffb

I usually go to the Dunkin down the street (which is the best store of all), but since they're closed for renovations I have to get my coffee from another. This one is just as close as my reg store so I don't mind. The staff were friendly, and some of my fav employees from my store are here. The only issue I have had in the 4 days of going there this far is that I ordered 2 xl iced coffees, both made the same way. When I was given said coffees, 1 looked as though it was made correctly (when I tasted however, not the amount of caramel asked for) and the other was very dark. How do they not come out the same if they're supposed to be made exactly the same way?? All in all a good experience but I can't wait until my reg store opens!
