This review is specifically for the sweet woman that is on the microphone every morning. I work in east haven, my client and I come to this Dunkin almost daily. Every single day she is sweet, patient, polite and comprehensive. I think her name might be Jenny, or something similar. Our orders are always 100% right and nothing about this staff is lazy. This has to be the best Dunkin I’ve ever been a customer at!
I've always had great food and exceptional drinks. I almost always find someone who holds the door open,so that I can go into Dunkin' with my walker. That's if I don't have anyone with me.
I went to this Dunkin and ordered two coffee's. I asked for a tray the girl in the drive through at 12:35 pm on 9 - 05- 2020 she looks at me with a attitude and replies I don’t give trays to people who only purchase 2 cups of coffee. If you don’t like your job find a new one. If it is the manager that told her to say that then you will most Likely end up causing this dunking to lose business. I never had this issue before and always went to this Dunkin.
All I can share is that it's Dunkin Donuts. They have the best coffee. However, the prices have become increasingly High. $8 for a cup of coffee and two Donuts. That's unreasonable especially during this perilous time in history.
Nice lobby to enjoy ur coffee and a outdoor one as well
