The first time I had visited this cemetery was because of the story’s I had been hearing and I love this kind of stuff. I was 16 or 17 at the time. Knowing my abilities now rather when I was a kid, I’m Empathic and can physically get sick from certain energy’s. But me being the daredevil I was I went with four of my friends. We wanted to see if one of the stories were true, one of the stories goes “if you go onto the road late at night and turn your car off along with the lights you have to wait a few minutes. You then turn your keys to start the car and the car isn’t supposed to start or have any power.” We tryed it in the beginning when we got there and it didn’t work but once we had been in the cemetery and started hearing weird voices, I personally felt like I had so many eyes on me still trying to act the bravest pushed it to the side, only untill I got to the top of the hill right in the middle of the cemetery. Weird things began to happen to me and then my two girlfriends who came over to check it out. At that point we thought we had scene a cop so we high tailed it to the car. But we were all full of excitement and fear at the same time, that’s when we decided to turn the lights on, but that’s when it happened. I said out of no where lock the doors, and without questions asked we did but still confused we then felt a hudge amount of pressure on the back of the car and because I was in the back seat I turned to see if someone was sitting on the back of the car because that’s the only thing that made sense to me even though my gut was shouting other wise. As I turned the trunk of the car then began to slowly push downward like a bear was trying to get on top. We heard scratching noises and the temp dropped to 30 degrees when it was 60 degrees out. I then said to the one guy friend that was with us “turn the car on let’s go..” he turned his keys as I was saying it like we were all thinking the same thing. That’s when the car wouldn’t start and the pressure still hadn’t released itself from the car in the back. Windows were digging up on a perfectly clear night, also I must note the windows felt freeezing and I don’t mean 70 degrees at night cold either. This happened for five minutes. We then sat in silence looking thru the photos we had took... to my horrifying reaction Everyone looked fine in the photo except for my face. I had this orange really crowded beautifully colored orb covering my face, but the closer we zoomed in I realized it looked like a skeleton face over mine. They managed to laugh and say “go figure your the biggest clown here that would happen to you lol.” I laughed and then once we distracted ourselves the pressure lifted and the car went back to normal. .... that night was absulutly crazy and exciting but only because I was a young teen who loved the thrill of adventure.nnMy secound experience at hookmans was worse. Age 23 now I had and still have this desire to go back, but that time I went at night again, I turned pale and my lips were purple along with the bags under my eyes. Only reason I know this is because one of the girls who came with me the first time was there again with me and her and my other friend noticed how off I was isolating myself in the dark creepy spot towards the back of the cemetery. The one place we didn’t make it to when I was 16.... so yess I do truly believe this place it very active. If you decide to go at night take precaution bring protection and be ready for anything.
