Pumpkin Muffins and Coffee are the Best!! So Excited it's back!! Service is Great hear people at Drive up are very friendly and nice and fast!!

I did not end up ordering, as I went inside (since the drive-thru was slammed) but the inside was very packed and no one was enforcing social distancing. The employees did not acknowledge any of us coming in the door and the line was at a stand still for 5 minutes before I left.

This Dunkin was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend. They forgot our “bag of bacon” still charged us for it. I asked for no ice in my matcha latte, but they told me that they must add some ice. I understood their reasoning, but when i got my cup, it was almost completely full of ice, however the drink wasn’t even close to the top. They ripped me off at least an inch of no matcha! Another possible issue was that when we got our food, we checked the bag (we were in the drive through) and notice they didn’t even give us our donut. Luckily we noticed right away, and when we brought it to the workers attention, they quickly played it off, went somewhere and grabbed the donut. If we left not checking the bag, would we have even got the donut. I must add that our order was pretty big so it was hard for us to make sure we had everything, but it shouldn’t be the costumers jobs to make sure the workers don’t mess up.

I absolutely love their coffee. I know it's nothing fancy. There is just something about it. It's almost like the comfort food of coffee. A medium regular And the coffee roll. And I'm good till dinner.
