The server had to ask me four times for the two items I wanted mixed into my ice cream. Then she only mix them into half of my ice cream the other half was left plain.nnThe acting manager of the store was not wearing a face mask while waiting on customers...nnAnd no one was upholding the social distancing space amongst the customers.nFrom now on I will just go to Stop & Shop and get ice cream.nnOh I was also shorted a dollar change because the person who cannot remember two ingredients also does not know how to make change
Great service, we came when it was busy and didn't wait long at all, not the cheapest ice cream place around but I'll definitely be here again.
Love the cakes here, but 2 of my sons birthdays a few weeks apart and the same boy was working. We asked him to write happy birthday on the cake and both times he said he didnt know how???? To the owners of this place we love the ice cream, please hire anyone who can write basic words and we will continue being loyal customers.
Top of the line creamery. The ice cream cakes are works of delicious art, made with care, precision and noticably quality ingredients. The young gentleman who created my order was contagiously enthusiastic about sharing his craft. I'm hooked on this place.
