Lift Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa

I recently had some work done by Dr. Suprenant. I had heard nothing but good about her prior to my appointments. She didn't disappoint. Both she and her staff have been incredibly sweet, helpful, and even fun at each appointment, and have made an otherwise awkward situation feel completely comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this place and their staff.

This place is amazing! The girls in the front are so sweet, kind, and accomodating. And Dr Coots is an experienced wonderful surgeon who does great work and takes pride in his craft. He is very kind and asks his patients what they are looking to achieve. He is honest with his patients and his bedside manner is exquisite. I highly recommend them!!!!

Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing! I'm not someone who is verycvery in a doctor's office. I'm terrified of surgery. But Dr. Supernant and her staff were quick to calm my fears and put my mind at ease. Dr Supernant is knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth. The nurses, esthetician, and other staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Supernant and her staff!

Love everyone here! Fantastic customer service from the time you call to when you leave. The staff is very welcoming and make me feel comfortable when I am in. I love that everyone has a smile on their face!nLynsey is by far the best esthetician I have been to. She really listens to all of my concerns and is very knowledgeable. My skin has never looked or felt so good!nDr. Suprenant is amazing , she is very easy to talk to and super supportive! Called to see how much it would cost to have a new patient consult. They stated that it would be 150 dollars. I decided that was fine and set up an appointment. They told me there wasn't much they could do and referred me to another dr. who also said there wasn't anything they could do. Anyway I paid the 150 prior to leaving. They just sent me another bill for 355 dollars! 495 dollars for a new patient consult was not what was quoted for and the invoice doesn't even state what the increase was for. Not to mention they were going to send me a quote for some other work and never did. What a scummy way to do business. I don't recommend this place at all.
