I contacted Calloway Logistics to assist with a move for my mother. My requests were answered promptly, and in a professional manner. I felt very comfortable speaking with the staff who made all of the arrangements extremely easy. Nate worked with me on scheduling, showed up on time, and they were able to move all of my mothers things in a timely manner and with great care. The prices were fair and affordable. I'd highly recommend again to friends and family and will be sure to contact them with any future needs!!

WORST moving service you can ever imaged!nnWe book their service as recommend by our friend, and we trusted that they will provide a very professional service, and happily put a down payment.nnHowever, they didn't showed up at all and we lost contact from them ever.!!!!! with no further updated!nnOur building have a very tight regulation on elevator using, we set a time (4:00-6:00) that would work for both. The manager called two days ago to double check the exact arriving time on moving date and we are happy that we are both clear that the truck should arrive before 4:00pm. We packed our boxed and even prepared snacks and drinks.nnHowever, we received a phone call about 3:30pm that the people in the company didn't know when to come and planed to come around 5:45, which is almost the end of our reservation for elevator, so we urged them to come earlier and they promise to come by 4:20.nnEver since we spoke on phone around 4:00pm and we lost contact with the company. We made about 20 called to contact any number we can find, either on their website or any number listed on google. However, we waited and waited and waited, we didn't get any calls or any update information about when they will come or if they will come. Since the time in the contract is between 4:00- 7:00 pm, so we waited until about 7:00pm and missed the opportunity to rent a uhual.nnWe hire a group of random people on street and pay them $500 in cash to convince them to help. Since we don't have a large truck, we have to carry furnitures walking on the street and worked late until 1:00 today, and it is raining outside....I even hurt my finger and feet during the moving...

During my recent house movement, I was charged $113 more than they committed. All those hidden charges. Please be careful when getting an estimate.

Scam!!!! Took a deposit three weeks prior, but now I cannot get in contact with the company and my move is tommorow. Nate Calloway was quick to take my money, but was impossible to contact when it was time to make the move.

Called last minute to move a 2 bedroom apratment and Nate was able to come through and make the move happen . Showed up on time and was very courteousnThroughout the whole move . I would totally recommend them to help you move,hard working and didn't stop till the job was done ... Thanks again Nate
