Eric was very kind, professional and helpful. The staff was friendly and offered smiles. As I left they thanked me as well. It’s coffee and a breakfast sandwich fast food style-not a 5 star restaurant. They were all on point.
Great team and always gets my order done the right way and the only location that gets it right and always piping hot
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese at the drive through that came out barely warm. Asked for another one but drove away before checking it. It was actually cold in the middle. (Like refrigerator cold) Turned around went inside where they made two more which were both also cold. They told me that's normal and the cheese would eventually melt. (Not sure how on a cold sausage patty.) Finally on the 5th one they were able to produce a hot sandwich (still not as hot as most DD but acceptable)
Look, here to say, I do not like Dunkin' Donuts AT ALL. In fact, I love Dunkin' Donuts! They have delicious coffee that are filled with love and their donuts are amazing! The service is usually pretty quick, but sometimes I have to repeat myself because sometimes the cashier doesn't understand what my order is. Other than that, this place is one of my favorite coffee shops that I go to. Keep up the good work! ❤
Pumpkin ice coffee was good and the pumpkin donuts were fresh!!
