Terrible moving experience recently. Damaged our home and failed to properly assemble furniture. Lost key parts to furniture. Forgot to bring basic tools for assembly. Very unskilled laborers. On top of all of this, had to pay $1,000 more than estimated. All in all one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Upon complaining, I have yet to even receive a phone call. It’s like I don’t exist to them anymore. Do not hire this company. I am beyond disappointed.
Please don’t use Lippincott Van Lines for any of your moving needs! They were consistently late for packing/moving days and “forgot” two items and have been promising they will go pick them up for 4 days now. They also said they would come pick up the wardrobe boxes and that has been a no show as well. Numerous phone calls to the main office and unreturned voicemails have left an already overwhelming move for my older parents even more so. Kevin and Jessica were pleasant but gave us empty promises. The only nice mover was Diante—thank you for being so polite and always smiling. I will have to hire another company and will be sending Lippincott the bill....and our realtor will be removing them from her recommended moving companies
Horrible moving company. We were assigned them when during a military PCS and we wish we packed and moved ourselves. Things were just thrown into boxes randomly making it hard to unpack and many things are damaged. They came a day later than scheduled which threw off all of our moving plans.
Worst moving experience ever! Several things were broken and/or scratched up and the movers put tools inside of our deep freezer which banged the whole inside up!! ud83dude21ud83dude20 Not happy at all!
