The staff was curtious and completed the paperwork quickly.
I ordered a unit and received the confirmation. My friends and I loaded up the van and went to the facility. When we got there, the unit was already taken. It was after hours, so I called the company and was told the local rep wasn't around & the regional manager would call me within 1/2 hour. I waited 45 minutes and no call. I was then told to take another unit which was a smaller unit. I loaded up the unit and stored the things that wouldn't fit in another location. The good thing is they did give me a small credit to offset the inconvenience.

The service that I received on my check in was terrific! When my code didn't work due to a technical glitch, someone from the other nearby unit drove over to my location to help me get the code fixed. Definitely a great way to start off the service!
