I have done business with Reynolds for over 20 years and have always found it to be a pleasant experience. Recently I needed some repair work on my boat and called and spoke with Jake the service writer. Like usual he greeted me warmly, listened to my issues and explained how busy they currently were but told me to bring my boat down and they’d find a way to squeeze me in and get me back on the water.nnJason who I believe handles a lot of the wiring issues spoke to me briefly in the parking lot keeping our 6 foot Covid19 social distancing in mind as I explained to him the wiring issues that I was having. He also mentioned that they were busy with a lot of work going on but he also told me that he would find a way to take a look at it and get it done as soon as he had a chance. Every time I visit their dealership they deliver on their promise.nnI’ve known Tom Reynolds (Owner) and Chris Evans (Service Manager) to always be honest with me and provide me with competitive pricing, excellent service and they treat me with respect.
