As always the GameStop in Old Saybrook Connecticut always meets my expectations for whenever I need to do a trade in. and whenever there's a coupon available they always let me know and they apply it immediately upon any purchases that I make. This allows me to get more bang for my buck whenever I do a trade in. And as a famous tagline for their store always says GameStop power to the players!!
Love Gamestop. They have a wide selection of video games from several eras and systems, as well as cool merchandise to go along with the games. Nice staff, too.

I ordered a game that the store didn't have. They called me when it arrived, and every employee I interacted with was helpful, informative and spent time with me as needed. During both visits I was greeted, then approached in the store to see if they could help. A++ customer service.
