Extremely rude staff who were not following Covid mandatory precautions. The girls were making food and coffee with their masks down. When I politely asked for them to cover their faces they refused to make my food and coffee in a safe manner and I was told I shouldn't have even come inside. Absolutely no concern for the safety of their customers.
Old Lyme D&D excellent service, all food made the way I requested, top notch store.
I can never go wrong with a coffee from Dunkin donuts.
The order i received today is how dunkin is supposed to be. Perfect machiato! And thats saying something because ive been very unhappy with my orders at EVERY dunkin lately, since ive been receiving cups of milk with a hint of espresso (even in machiatos) and my sandwiches normally come with white cheddar even when i order with american. The girls that were working here today (9/13/2020) should be promoted to corporate quality control and train every dunkin on how to make food/drinks.
I am not happy with them at all.
