Dexter’s is a great place, the owners and everyone involved running the place are so nice and friendly.... No Judgment, No politics..... The way it should be.....

Decent place very political though.
4 stars depending on what you are looking for - this place has a boutique coffee cafe vibe but with tasty beer! That is to say, you would not feel out of place to have a beer while reading a book at a table by yourself. It is not a rowdy atmosphere and supports an environment of quite conversation or board game play.nnI went with a group of people after visiting the Fat Orange Cat Brewery only a few miles away. It was a chilly day and we wanted some warmth after hanging out outside but were still in the mood for craft beer. Dexter's provided the perfect balance. We continued to enjoy FOC brews while sitting inside and playing a board game. We listened to some great records (Billy Joel for one) and browsed through the sizable selection to offer the next suggestion. It was very nice!
Great tunes and talent for open Mike night. The beer of course is incredible. Nice friendly small town atmosphere. Great selection of old records.
