No toilet paper or napkins!!???
On many occasions my food is made quickly and poorly, either burnt, not cooked enough, etc. But what do you expect from Dunkin? it's fine. The employees are usually nice also.
Usually we have great service but today my husband went in and was treated horribly we had ordered food with our drinks and received nothing but a we're out. The girl walked away and ignored my husband, when he asked for a refund or something but she ignored him lesson learned never go there again.
The service at this dunkin is absolutely horrible. I came in on Monday at 7am to order two drinks and 1 sandwich it took 16 minutes to recieve my completed order. The blonde employee callie was extremely rude and cursed at my 11 year old son who I sent in to get the order. She tossed the food at him and told him never to come back when he asked to hurry his order. I came in to speak to the manager who offered no apology for the employee's inexcusable behavior, Couldn't even give me a receipt so I could put in a proper complaint. I have been coming to this dunkin for years and never in my life have been so disrespected! I will be calling corporate!
It was good the sandwich was hot ,I do have a complaint BRING BACK THE LARGE PLAIN STICKS .
