Karl was wonderful from beginning quote to final delivery. He was polite, and a good listener to his 97 year old client. We only wish we knew about him when we moved 2 years ago. Would have used him in a heartbeat. Karl was prompt in giving a quote after our initial meeting and continued to stay in touch throughout the move. He even managed to deliver a day early. We were very pleased and highly recommend Karl and Essex Moving Company.
