I’m a little disappointed in this company. Hired them in a rush due to every other company fully booked. The owner via phone was very nice, sweet, and professional when I booked my appointment for May 27th. However I’m very sad and feel violated. As I just moved I’m still going through boxes in my basement and come to realize today I’m missing things! My 30 pound weights, a portable fan, and other small things. I haven’t called the company yet because I feel like they will just brush it off and defend their staff. I feel sick to my stomach. Now that I think about it the movers were rushing to leave 2 guys came they moved everything fast but as my husband and I were exhausted because we did help them to make it easier and faster because we were being charged hourly, which we didn’t mind. Anyway, we kind of took our eyes off them for a long period of time. I Really hate putting accusations on people. Bottom line, this Is very unfortunate for me as my items are not in my house, like no where to be found! I remember vividly seeing my husband putting his 2 weights together in the truck and now only one is here in our home. If it wasn’t for that I was going to give them 5 stars. If you consider using this company make an inventory as I failed to do so.
We were very satisfied with our pack and move. The crew arrived early and got right to work, we sold our house in Middletown and relocated to Essex.
Used Geometric this past May to move our house from Middletown to Stamford, excellent crew, very experienced and pleasant.
Geometric moving service was on time, professional and within estimate. I would recommend this company. Very satisfied.
