Yesterday I came into the store to pay my bill. It was a bit busy, but Sam was Very professional and handled every customer with kindness and respect. He also offered me 3 additional lines for $100 I am considering this offer. It just upset me that certain people don’t have the patience to wait to get a phone if the store is busy. Sam was doing a great job of taking care of his customers. I would look for Sam if you looking for a great deal. Definitely recommend this location.
Sam at the metro store on main street is awesome.nEverytime I come in with a problem on any of my 5 lines he's very knowledgeable. Always helps with a smile on his face. 4.5 years of amazing service never any issues. And a great price on all our lines.
Ali is the bomb, took care of all the transfers and spent time explaining the phone. Also took care of the screen savers to make sure everything fit and was tight. Best customer service!
