I run on Dunkin
Had to go back 3 different times,either they forgot the syrup or than it wasn't hot
Dunkin' is usually great, but our experience at the Middletown location was bad. Not only did we have to wait forever for our mobile order, but they got the order wrong and both the hot coffee and breakfast sandwich were ice cold when we finally got them.
It's Dunkin, they're consistently good and friendly, if you enjoy Dunkin Donuts, you'll find this one to be a good representative of the brand.
I just sat in the drive Thru line for 18minutes just to have to bail out and go inside. Once inside I watched the cashier get confused over someone wanting to pay with exact change. This took another 10 minutes and had to be handled by a manager. While I was waiting a young woman was waiting for the second time to get her bagel and egg sandwich correct. All this time not a single acknowledgement from a single employee, not an explanation or apology for the wait. I walked out like the three people in front of me. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this store to anyone. What a joke
