I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Marc and Emily. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me decide what type of moving services I needed. They did such an amazing job, I referred them to a client in Southern California (I'm a realtor). That customer was so happy with their service, they have been singing praises about me and all the wonderful people I helped connect them as part of the sale of their home. I was very, very unhappy with the service of this company. This is my third 'professional' move and was by far the worst. First of all, at the end of the move my final price was 1,500.00 over the initial estimate which felt like a lot. I truly believe part of that reason was because of the way they packed me. The amount of paper they used for non-breakable items was out of control and added not only to the overall weight ($$$) of my items but also the number of boxes. It was ridiculous. Then, when my driver arrived at met new home....he asked me to drive him around town getting a u-haul and coming to check out my driveway, etc. I spent about 4 hours of my own time helping him out when in reality I was insanely busy (as anyone who has moved knows). I asked the company to send me pay for my 4 hours of labor and I never received or was reimbursed a dime by them. This was a very expensive move and I do not think I should have been expected to help in any way, much less 4 hours of my valuable time. You should look elsewhere when finding a moving company.

Montana Transfer has been absolutely wonderful to work with during these past couple weeks during our move that I was already super stressed about. Marc was our salesman and his estimate was great. We had so many questions and he reassured us on every single one. It really put my mind at ease. We also worked with Jarret who kept us informed on who our driver was going to be for our move and when our things would be picked up and the ETA they had for the delivery of our things. Although I never caught her name, the receptionist who answers the phone was always so polite and wonderful to talk to. When the movers came to load our things they were all very professional and I was very impressed with how well they wrapped our furniture and loaded the truck. I thank you all for making this move so smooth for me!

The Montana Transfer Co. team has been outstanding. All schedules were kept and on time. Rockie and Justin were very professional and had great attitudes. Great Job Gentlemen.

I recommend Montana Transfer. They were flexible and worked with my wacky schedule, and their truck drivers and movers were extremely professional and hardworking. They were careful with all of our household and office furniture, equipment and packed boxes. I really appriated the communication from the crew on both ends of the move: they called and gave information about their location (which included the location of our stuff) and what time we could expect them onsite in the morning. They lived up to their commitments. A treasured gift in a chaotic time! Thank you, Montana Transfer! I will certainly recommend you!
