I received great customer service from Mat. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Before coming to the Winsted At&T store I went to the Torrington one and the employee there was rude. I left and went to Winsted . So glad I did!

There are very rude. Needed a screen protector for phone sold me one that doesn't even fit on for 40 dollars went in to maybe return it or exchange for one that fits but instead got major attidude and a screen protector that doesn't even fit will never go back in that place will never get a at&t service will never recommend rude ! RUDE
