Andrew help us get a replacement phone for my daughter. He is a very talented amazing guy! He was extremely helpful. We will not go anywhere else again! He really cares about his customers. Very rare nowadays! Do yourself a favor, go to his store if you are looking for a cellphone. He will make sure your all set and take care of you. Can't say enough about this store!

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday with a professional, courteous caring staff. The phone I brought in was locked by another carrier and they knew exactly what needed to be done. To be honest, I have never enjoyed going into a Verizon store. I usually feel that I spend way to much time there and leave feeling like I got talked into spending too much money. This experience was exactly the opposite. I felt well taken care of and left with exactly what I came in for. Customer service plus! Bravo.

Andrew is an amazing individual who is considerate of your needs as well as a gentleman. The final touch to each and every visit he walks all his customers to the door. This mannerism is extremely rare these days. I will be a forever customer because of this.
