Let’s just say this store will not genuinely help you unless they’re getting commission for it. I understand this is a commission and metric based job but you are also paid by the hour and considered to be customer service. The rep came at me with a Nasty attitude on the phone when I tried helping on how to do the transaction and make it as quick as possible for my father that knows barley anything about phones. Especially during a global pandemic customers would expect genuine and sincere help. I was staring at a prepaid promotion on my phone, even called a nearby corporate store to assure the promotion was in that area and they confirmed. This store told me over and over that they couldn’t find that promotion and from my knowledge this prepaid promotion isn’t new. Shouldn’t you know your promotions? I thought that was part of the job. I hate to be a customer to leave a low review because I literally never do! But the point is, don’t go here unless you’re buying something or getting a line. Ridiculous.

We recently had the best experience switching our service to T Mobile. We visited the Watertown location. Hilary worked with us the make the switch. Everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough about the high level of service and personal attention. 2 thumbs up!

Really great costumer service,they explained everything I needed to know and more,I'm so happy with this place,it is the best one ive ever been to. Everyone has patience and there kind.
