Love the coffee
I have left so many positive reviews of local businesses but I can't find anything positive to say about the 1565 Watertown Avenue, Waterbury location. We have given them several chances because everyone has a bad day. But this location is consistently messing up orders, forgetting food items, complaining, missing mobile orders so people have to wait and today my husband goes down to get a mobile order only to have them forget the donut (we had to remind them AND they came back with the wrong donut!) and they could not get off the phone long enough to make the bagel in the order. When politely asked about the delay, the staff was rude about having to get off their cell phone and not follow COVID guidelines by washing up first before making it. We are never going here again.
Always so friendly. When they're one of the first faces you see, it makes my day. I not only get my pick me up, but I get a friendly smile that makes my morning.

I ordered a bagel with butter. I can not express how extremely disappointed i was when i got home and opened up the bagel and saw 2 lonely, completely unspead pads of butter. Im shook. I posted a photo of what i received.
