Went here today and I honestly have to say it is one of the best experiences I've had in a phone store. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Was in and out of there in no time. Very pleased. 10 out of 10

Went there today and had a great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful in every way. The representatives there did the best to help me out and the manager assisted them to make the process easier for everyone. 10/10

I am only there when I have destroyed my phone. The staff is able to put everything back together for me without losing contacts and photos.nThey have been great to me.

Idk what happened to this place but it has gone downhill fast the old staff was way better the manager here was god awful and just tried to sell me things I didn’t want don’t waste your time here go somewhere else I promise you won’t regret it

Probably the worse experience at a phone store in my life. There were FOUR employees working... I walked in, no one said hi how can we help you. I went up to the desk, presented my problem. The employee who helped me was scattered, and extremely Unknowledgeable. He basically told me to call a tech number. I was clearly not happy with the service, but no other employee came over to see if they could help. The guy just said, I don’t know what’s wrong call this number. Then I asked for a manager and then one of the other guys came over. He told me the problem within 2 minutes, and then proceeded to go back to gaming on his phone. I felt like I was being a bother! While I was finishing up buying a new phone..... another customer walks in. One of the gentlemen sitting on his phone playing games said “he’s almost done with her and then he will help you”?!!!!!! So he made the customer wait in line behind me when there were THREE other employees sitting there doing nothing! All gaming on their phones. I cannot believe how lazy this whole building was. At least the employee trying to help me tried even know he clearly didn’t know anything! Horrible experience all around!
