We love Miriam! After just a week, she had memorized our order so that when we pulled up to the drive-thru, she already knew what we wanted. Great, personable customer service at this location.

Wish I could give no stars. Went in this week and was waited on by Sammi. While walking in I heard her talking about hooking up with customers and having a three some because she couldn’t please her husband by herself. Then she couldn’t give me her undivided attention for the 5 min I was at the counter. I wont be back. If you want a good customer base you need good employees.

There was a fingernail in my iced tea, which is disgusting enough on its own when you sip it up in your straw. The COVID-19 pandemic adds additional safety concerns. And as the cherry on top, the guy at the drive through accused me of putting the fingernail in myself. Absolutely repulsive customer service.

People here make you feel like you are bothering them when ordering food or drink. I asked for a dozen donuts and I was told to order from the app next time. I told the lady I don't have an DD app and I would like to see what is available before I purchase anything. She slammed the donuts in the box and gave me an attitude and tapped the DD app instructions to the box LOL... note nobody else was in line!!

Good normal service most of the time, but occasionally they just give you bagel with a cream cheese container and a knife so you can do their job and spread it yourself. (Apparently while driving since it's a drive thru) If I wanted to put the cream cheese on myself I'd make a bagel at home, not pay for an overpriced inconvenience.
