I had the pleasure of working with Mike H, the Verizon Sales Rep in their New Milford CT location. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, kind, & he provided the best service I have literally ever experienced with a cell phone representative. He go me up and running, with my cell phone, in no time. I highly recommend him if you intend to get a new phone, new service, or have any difficulties with your present phone.
Better than expected. Was able to quickly switch from at&t to Verizon, two lines, got a great deal on two new phones.
We had excellent service at the New Milford CT Verizon store. Michael H was a wonderful sales person. He helped us swap out 2 phones and at the same time saved us a few bucks every month. I would recommend anyone needing help with their phone to visit the Verizon store in New Milford. We also had a family member pick a new phone and after having it a day really did not like it. Michael C was excellent. No questions asked he took back the new phone and gave us back the old phone. It was effortless. Thank you Michael H and Michael C. Great customer service. Thank you!
