Called on a Monday morning to see if they could repair my broken IMac screen. The gentleman that answered sounded annoyed at best. Annoyed that I called, annoyed that the computer that I asked him to fix wasn’t brand new and treated me like a father speaking to a stupid teenager asking how in the world I broke the screen. l felt like I was being treated like a stupid client and I didn’t appreciate it. After much attitude he offered to fix it if and only if I called around and no one else would help me. Thanks but no thanks. The very next call was to another company who happily took the work with nary an attitude, treated the problem as it was not a problem at all and will fix it ASAP. I do not recommend this business.
Had our company computer repaired by Tom, it runs as if it were brand new! Super knowledgeable, quick turn around time, honest and very reasonable priced. He thoroughly explained all that he did to improve and correct the performance of our laptop. I’d highly recommend Tom @ InfoPlexus!
I'm not the most technologically advanced person so having someone like Tom in town is great. We were having difficulty pulling a wireless signal across our house. I asked Tom about adding a wireless booster. We talked about it and he suggested going a different route, adding a second router that was hard wired. I appreciated the advice. It came in and was set up within a couple of days.
Feeling a bit lost trying to decide on a new computer and portable printer for my mobile business. Tom helped me to narrow down my search and found me a great new system. He upgraded the computer with Windows 10 and made sure I have the correct security in place. Feel better knowing someone with Toms' knowledge and expertise can be a support when I have computer issues in the future.
I have personally ustiled Info Plexus for cleaning up and speeding up my personal Mac. Tom is professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing. I have had my problems resolved quickly and done right the first time. I recommend Tom to anyone who owns a business or personal computer. You can rest assured it will be done right.
