All I had was coffee. I've been here several times. All staff members are polite but go about their work without a smile, almost like robots. Even with masks you can tell a smile from someone you is genuinely happy.
Me daughter ordered online, she received an email that her order was delivered. She never received the order, she was hung up on 3 times when she called to ask them about it. I called to speak with a manager and the woman I spoke to said she was the manager. When I asked her about her order she hung up on me as well. I’m very disappointed in the customer service at the New Milford, CT location!
They consistently get my order wrong. Its a very simple online order; Coffee with Cream & Sugar. I constantly get coffee with no cream or sugar, and sometimes they give me black tea instead of coffee. How is it possible to CONSISTENTLY get a coffee with cream and sugar order wrong?
Never ate Panera bread ever never even cared to see what it was till today and omg ud83dude31 I ordered a sandwich today and ud83dude29ud83dude31 amazing !!
I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how the customer service is always good and they keep the place clean all the time. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.
