Some of the employees that I usually see working the drive thru later in the day, around the night shift, seem VERY thrilled. I get it, nobody likes to work a fast food job, especially when its late, but at least try to fake an upbeat attitude instead of making the customer feel like a burden. Also I’ve seen several of the people who handle the food not wearing gloves. This seems to be a theme with the local dunkins but this location seems to be the worst with it. Pandemic or not, it should be normal procedure when touching other people’s food/drinks to wear gloves.
